The diff. side cover was machined to set pre load with out gaskets or shims.

We have a 3.9 semi SC CWP and Quaife diff. The 3.9 will be changed to a 3.7

One of the diff bearings had a growl so I'll be changing it.

Now all the gears can come out to expose the shift forks.

While the 3/4 shift fork has remained unchanged the pre A+ 1/2 fork is different from the A+ item

As suspected the forks have .025 to .040 wear over new parts.

All cleaned up and ready to go back together.

Fresh elastic stop nut and the build begins
